The Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) and the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) are proud to celebrate 70 years of partnership raising critical funds to support research, care and advocacy for people living with neuromuscular diseases. The Fill the Boot program has raised over $700 million to date since 1954, making the IAFF the top fundraising partner in MDA history. MDA is so grateful for the hundreds of thousands of IAFF members across America who have participated in Fill the Boot campaigns over the last seven decades and joined in its mission to empower people living with neuromuscular diseases to live longer, more independent lives.
